Change Management

An established system for management of change will be utilized to handle Change Orders (Trends, Scope Changes, and Scope Development), reviewed by the PM, and submitted to the client for approval. A pending change is identified in the cost report to provide the client with advance notification that a change is forthcoming. Once the Change Order has been approved by the client, the Change Order estimate is reported as an approved change and the budget is revised automatically in the system and the work then commences.

Procurement and Contracts

Magga Engineering will provide procurement support as required by your organizational needs. Our engineers can assist clients in the co-ordination of vendor selection, evaluation and vendor drawings review and completion as well as working with construction contractors on behalf of the client. Magga personnel are primarily from the EPCM sector and are fully familiar with deliverables and client-contractor interactions to ensure that the project proceeds safely, on schedule and within budget.

Construction Support

Magga Engineering provide engineering support during project construction result in seamless transition from design to reality. Our engineers review and respond to site engineering RFIs. Our design team review and re-issue relevant design documents in a timely manner under fast construction pace. Our engineering expertise support the owner or the construction manager in regard special field engineering problems and assist on change requests review and approval.
